How long does it take to get my frame?
We aim to complete your order within 3 (working) days of receiving it. We send frames by 24 or 48 hour courier (depending on your delivery address and the size of your frame) and email you when dispatched.
I need my frame in a hurry - can you do it?
Other than at peak times we can usually prioritise a genuinely urgent order. A priority charge may apply. Our website can’t automate such requests, so you’ll need to contact us (we’re real people!) either by phone or email. See the Contact Us section for details
I'm local - can I get you to fit my piece to the frame?
Sorry, no. Our web orders are for ‘self-fitting’ (and are priced accordingly.
We do offer a full bespoke personal framing and fitting service from our workshops. These frames are fitted, taped and sealed to Fine Art Trade Guild standards. Feel free to call in and see us.
How will I know when my order is on its way?
We will send you an email as soon as we’ve made your order and have given it to our couriers.
Can I collect from your workshops?
Yes you can. Simply select ‘collection’ as the delivery option when you are completing the online checkout procedure. We will email you to let you know hen your frame is ready.
Where do you deliver?
We send orders to UK mainland address via a 24 hour courier, or 48 hour courier for very large frames. We also despatch to the Scottish Highlands and Islands on a 48 hour service. Unfortunately we do have to pass on the additional postal charges for these areas. Currently we’re unable to ship to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly or Northern Ireland
Do you ship outside of the UK?
Sorry, no. We can only deliver within the UK.
What are your postage charges?
Courier companies vary these charges greatly depending on destination and package sizes – and we are at their whim! Any post and package charges are automatically calculated and shown in your basket.
We try and keep these costs as low as possible. Wherever possible we offer free postage for orders of a certain value. Again, your basket will automatically calculate this.
Do you offer free postage?
We all hate postage charges, so where we can, we do offer free postage on orders over certain values. Your basket will automatically show you when free delivery is applied.
Do you offer discounts for multiple frame orders?
Yes, we do offer discounts for multiple custom frames – and these will be applied in the basket as you increase the quantities of any frame you order. Discount will increases at 5, 10, and 25 or more frames.
Ready Made frames do not automatically get discounted in the basket, but do call us if you are ordering a quantity.
Can I get a sample of a frame or mount?
How accurate are the colours shown on your site?
Also please note that barefaced woods vary from batch to batch as they are a completely natural wood grain. The grain pattern will be different from what you’ll see on screen.
